💼 Travel information

🚗 By car: We will provide a ride-share plan. There is enough place to park around the house (parking is free).

✈ By plane: The closest airport is Lisbon (LIS). Porto (OPO) is also an option, but much farther away.

🚌 By bus: There are many direct bus connections available from Lisbon Airport to Peniche. Depending on your arrival time, you might travel with other group members.

We aim for minimal costs and a cash buffer for surprises. Costs like travel, meals out, and shopping vary by person and are not covered. For full transparency on finances or questions, please contact us. Plan accordingly for personal expenses.

💳 Payment Information

The payment is done in 2 steps:

1. To secure your place on the trip, you need to send a deposit of 100€. Places will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. The final payment will be due at the latest on the 31st of July 2025.

Once the deposit payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation and add you to additional whatsapp groups.

💸 Refund Policy

The deposit signifies your commitment to join us on the trip and is generally non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances, like injuries or illnesses can occur. Should you be unable to attend due to such reasons, we will issue a refund.

On the other hand, if you decide not to participate because you've changed your mind, we will need to find someone to take your spot before we can return your deposit. To facilitate this, a waiting list will be established once we reach full capacity.

Additionally, in the rare event that the trip is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
